lily's was an amazing stay. the hosts were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and comfortable. the private porch overlooking the creek was a highlight. we even got a free painting lesson! we can't wait to come back.

We had an incredible stay at Lily's House on the 12 Bed & Breakfast! From the moment we arrived, Steve and Lily warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. the Summer Suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a modern feel and had a stunning view of the water. the bed was cozy, and we had a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Lily even offered me a complimentary paint class, which was so much fun and invigorating. Her teaching skills were exceptional and I walked away with a lovely canvas to remember the experience. the breakfasts served were scrumptious and beautifully presented. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel location is good, as it is close to Niagara on the Lake wineries, Niagara Falls, and an outlet mall. the rooms have private balconies and bathrooms. guests receive a delicious breakfast served in a bento box.

The hotel lacks certain amenities that other similar hotels provide.

Good amenities, clean rooms, good breakfast. The view from the balcony was fantastic; the river and the geese crossing the road were peaceful and calming. In the room there was free coffee and tea, which is always a plus, and easy access to a washer and dryer. It was also in a great location with many nearby attractions.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. The room was also too small, the shower could barely fit one person comfortably.

Beautiful location near Niagara and the Bench area. Rooms were large and clean with great views. the hosts were warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts were amazing. We enjoyed meeting other guests and chatting at the breakfast table.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional and staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were modern and refreshing. The view of the water was serene and inspiring. Breakfast was surprising and delicious, with a variety of goodies including bacon-wrapped prunes, fresh fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, and eggs. Location was convenient and transportation was not a problem. It was a wonderful experience talking to Lily and her husband, who provided local knowledge and hospitality beyond measure.

We had a fantastic time at Lily's House On The 12! Our stay was for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The hosts, Lily and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The Inn itself is clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with original artwork. The Suites are well-appointed with private bathrooms and spacious balconies. The location is great, with many wineries nearby and a beautiful walking trail across the street. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for me, situated in a quiet area across from 12 mile creek. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with its spacious and well-furnished rooms. I especially loved the sitting area and patio, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome and well-taken care of throughout my stay.
